Keith has always been immersed in the farming community growning up living and working on his family farm in Helston. This has a given Keith a true appreciation of how buying local produce can have such positive impact on farming and the community, as he has seen first hand the effort that goes into producing the food we all eat.

Keith obtained a first class honours degree in sports performance and coaching, and has since gone on to work as a Strength and Conditioning coach with a range of athletes competing on the elite stage, and as a Personal Trainer with clients from all walks of life. Combining experience in the farming community with the knowledge obtained through his studies he’s now truly able to understand the impact of the foods we eat, not only for our bodies, but for the environment and the people around us also.

The Family

The Cornish Harvest is, and has always been a family affair. Keith’s partner Gemma and her children Eve and Jobey are often on hand to help with packing, delivering (particularly during the busy Christmas period) and answering all of your queries and this year will all be taking an even bigger part in the running of the business. I’m sure you will get to know them all (and some other little cheeky faces) over the coming months.

The farm they live on belongs to Keith’s father, Treve Jacka and Uncle Michael Jacka and is almost solely worked by them and their families, as is their farm in Germoe.

The Cornish Harvest are committed to supporting locals and to reducing plastic use and food miles.

We will always use local growers and producers and reuse/recycle boxes and packaging wherever possible.
